Website redesign and speed optimization in Karimnagar

Web Start Karimnagar rebuilds old websites and tunes slow ones so they load quickly on a phone and are easy to use. If your site is slow, awkward on mobile or has stopped bringing enquiries, we measure it first and tell you whether it needs a fix or a rebuild.

Measure before you change anything

Most slow sites are slow for one or two reasons, and a redesign that does not find them leaves them in place.

We start with Google's PageSpeed Insights on your phone layout and read two sets of numbers: what real visitors experienced over the last 28 days, if Google has enough data for your site, and a lab test of the page today. Google's thresholds for a good result are a Largest Contentful Paint of 2.5 seconds or less, an Interaction to Next Paint of 200 milliseconds or less and a Cumulative Layout Shift of 0.1 or less. Our guide to testing your site on a phone explains each in plain words.

What we found when we did this to our own site

The home page of this website scored 96 on mobile with a Largest Contentful Paint of 2.0 seconds. We made five copies of the page: one left as it was and four that each changed one suspect, namely the animations, the decorative layers, the font-loading setting and the web fonts. Only removing the fonts moved the result.

So we kept the fonts and made them lighter, from about 87 KB to about 52 KB, and the score went to 99 with a Largest Contentful Paint of 1.7 seconds. The cause was not the one we would have guessed, which is why we measure.

On other sites the cause is usually somewhere else: oversized photos, a stack of plugins or a slider. The method is the same.

Fix or rebuild

What you seeUsually fixed byA rebuild is needed when
Slow on a phoneResizing images, removing plugins and scripts, lighter fontsThe theme itself is heavy and cannot be slimmed
Looks broken on a small screenLayout fixesThe site was never built to resize
Wrong phone number, hours or servicesEditing the pagesNobody can log in to edit
Looks old and does not say what you do nowNew wording and a new first screenThe structure no longer fits the business

A redesign costs more than a fix and moves more things at once. If a fix is enough, we say so.

What happens to your Google ranking

Google's guidance on moving a site is specific, and we follow it.

  • Map every old address to its new one, starting with the pages that get visitors.
  • Use permanent redirects, straight to the final page without a chain of hops.
  • Keep them in place for at least a year.
  • Update the sitemap and check Search Console for errors after launch.

Google also says to expect temporary fluctuation in ranking during a move. That is true of every redesign, so we do not promise that nothing will move.

What a redesign will not do

  • Raise your ranking by itself. A faster, clearer site helps visitors and removes obstacles. Ranking also depends on your Google profile, reviews and pages.
  • Fix a problem it did not measure. If the cause is hosting, a new design will not cure it.
  • Promise a perfect score. A PageSpeed score is a lab test, and we report it with what real visitors see.

What we need from you

The address of your website, a login if it runs on WordPress or a similar system, what bothers you most about it today and any pages you want to keep exactly as they are.

Questions about website redesign and speed in Karimnagar

How do I know if my website is slow?

Open it on your phone using mobile data. If nothing useful appears within a few seconds, visitors leave. Google's free PageSpeed Insights tool scores your site for mobile and lists what is slowing it down, and Google treats a Largest Contentful Paint of 2.5 seconds or less as good.

Will a website redesign hurt my Google ranking?

It can move for a while, even when the work is careful. Google's own guidance says to expect temporary fluctuation during a site move and to redirect old addresses to new ones with permanent redirects. Web Start Karimnagar keeps page addresses where possible and redirects the ones that change.

Can Web Start Karimnagar speed up my website without redesigning it?

Often, yes. Large images, too many plugins, heavy scripts and unused fonts are common causes, and fixing them does not need a new design. We measure first and tell you which route is enough.

Can Web Start Karimnagar redesign a site that someone else built?

Yes. We start with what you have, keep the content that works and change what does not.

How long should redirects stay in place after a redesign?

Google suggests keeping redirects for at least a year. Web Start Karimnagar sets them up when the new site goes live and keeps them in place, so old links from other sites and from Google still reach a live page.
