Once Google finds the site clean, warnings in the browser and in search should be removed within 72 hours. We ask for the review only after the whole site is clean, because Google says asking while the problem persists makes the flag last longer. What we cannot promise
- A date for the warning to go. Google decides, and the times above are its own.
- Every file back exactly as it was. If there is no clean backup, some content may have to be rebuilt, and we say so before we start.
- That it will never happen again. A cleaned site that is not kept updated can be hacked again, which is the reason for maintenance and a tidy WordPress setup.
